Hello, I’m Drewe.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and devout Catholic with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
A whole-person approach
My approach to counseling is holistic, integrative, and individualized. Together, we can better understand your story, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your ability to navigate difficult circumstances, and cultivate greater freedom, peace, and resilience.
I especially enjoy walking with clients through relationships, discernment and decision-making, grief and loss, life transitions, infertility and reproductive grief, questions of identity, and matters of faith and spiritual life.
My hope is to help you grow in understanding, develop healthier ways of responding to life, and move toward the person God created you to be.
Faith and the counseling journey
Like so many of my clients—and perhaps you too—I have lived through seasons I never anticipated or would have chosen.
I often think of the hemorrhaging woman in Scripture, who suffered for years while longing for healing until the day she reached out and touched the cloak of Jesus. Each of us carries places in our hearts where we long to encounter the healing presence of Christ.
Counseling can offer a space to bring those places honestly into the light.
I cannot promise that counseling will remove every sorrow or restore everything you hope for. But I have been humbled to witness God’s faithfulness again and again—in the lives of my clients and in my own ongoing journey.
For those who desire faith-integrated counseling, therapy can work alongside a prayerful and sacramental life as one means of growing in wisdom, freedom, healing, and grace.
As your therapist, my role is to help you understand your unique needs, offer sound psychological care, and equip you with insight and practical tools for the road ahead.
