As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and devout Catholic, I specialize in integrating faith and mental health to support my clients holistic healing. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from UC Davis and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

I meet each client exactly where they are in their healing journey, offering personalized support with warmth, openness, and compassion. My approach to counseling is holistic, integrative, and trauma-sensitive—recognizing that healing involves the whole person: mind, body, and soul. The more integrated we are, the more resiliently and hopefully we can face the challenges life brings.

Suffering, grief, and trauma are often part of the human experience—but so are hope, joy, and the possibility of deep transformation. I believe our greatest difficulties can become a catalyst for emotional and spiritual growth when we learn how to navigate them in healthy, meaningful ways. My goal is to help clients find peace and purpose amid their present circumstances, empower them to make the changes they desire, and equip them with the tools and insights needed to thrive and become the fullest expression of who God created them to be.

Like so many of my clients, and perhaps you too, I have navigated many periods of deep suffering in my own life, carrying crosses I never anticipated nor wanted. All too often many of us can identify with the hemorrhaging woman in Scripture, who suffered for years as she desperately sought healing- until one day she was able to touch the cloak of Jesus. Every single one of us have places in our hearts where we long to encounter the healing of our Savior and the counseling journey can create a sacred space for that encounter to happen.

I can't promise that counseling will heal every sorrow in your heart or restore everything you hope for, but I have been a humble witness to Jesus's repeated faithfulness in my clients lives (and in my own continued healing journey). In conjunction with a prayerful and Sacramental spiritual life, counseling can be a powerful vessel for His grace and healing. As your therapist, my goal is to help you to identify your unique needs and equip you with the wisdom, tools, and disposition of heart to yield the greatest fruits. One thing I trust: Jesus longs to extend His love to you, bring purpose to your pain and draw you into deeper union with Him.
Wherever you find yourself at this very moment, and whether you are ready to pursue counseling or not, I pray you never forget Jesus's promise to you: "And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” -Mathew 28:20.
