Clinical Experience

With over thirteen years of experience across diverse mental health settings—including school-based counseling, pastoral care, private practice, and crisis behavioral health—I’ve had the privilege of walking with individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. During my clinical training at Franciscan University, I provided individual psychotherapy to undergraduate students and facilitated healing and support groups on campus. These experiences laid the foundation for my approach to therapy—one that honors both spiritual and emotional well-being.

I have also served as a volunteer therapist on Catholic healing retreats such as Rachel’s Vineyard and Grief to Grace, ministering to those suffering from the wounds of trauma, loss, and abuse. These sacred encounters have deepened my understanding of healing and expanded my compassion for those silently suffering within the Church.  I have spoken at various Catholic conferences and retreats on topics related to faith and healing.
